The BOUNTE Venue mobile app is used to capture photos of lost items, add/edit lost items and manage the lost items in the lost & found for hotels and venues. This simple-to-use app can be used by hotel and venue staff to capture photos of items found quickly. The advanced technologies built into this mobile app makes it a powerful addition to the BOUNTE lost & found platform. Artificial intelligence (AI) auto-labels items when captured by the camera to increase data entry efficiency and accuracy. Saving time while providing keyword searches and reducing the risk of wrongly labeling items will ensure guests and customers will get reunited with their lost items sooner. The integrated geolocation capabilities will auto-assign a location on a map and store the latitude and longitude with accuracy within feet. Built with hotels and venues in mind, this app provides staff members with a powerful and easy to use image capture and lost & found mobile capability. NOTE: This mobile app requires a login to be set up by a Venue administrator to access its features. The personal lost & found features have been deprecated and will no longer be supported.
