App Description

Duty monitoring app

DMP Duty is the app for DMP for monitoring on-duty personnel, primarily under the DMP traffic division. The app offers credentials at different layers of the organization, enabling the concerned authority to remain connected with the field officers under their jurisdiction as per the DMP organogram.
The app allows its users to identify the real-time location of a field officer along with the associated duty list, both historical and upcoming. The app user can also send a notice to any individual field officer or broadcast to the entire jurisdiction with a PDF attachment, which will be circulated in the handheld device of the concerned field officer(s) with a real-time push notification.
The app dashboard is generated with primitive analytics, including the number and associated percentage of officers on duty, late duty, and missed duty.

Key features include:

Real-time tracking: Identify the live location of field officers along with their duty lists (historical and upcoming).

User duty management: Officers can seamlessly check in and check out of their assigned duties. Along with this, they can share attachments if required and also send emergency SMS directly from the app.

Notices & communication: Authorities can send messages to respective divisions or broadcast notices to the entire jurisdiction. Notices, along with PDF attachments, are delivered directly to field officers’ devices with real-time push notifications.
