CarePath is a mobile application for patients to coordinate and manage treatments and strengthen their connection to their own health care. The digital solution accompanies patients from preparation for treatment through to recovery. The app automates and monitors patient tasks during preparation for the procedure as well as their recovery processes. In addition, the digital solution provides time-staggered information throughout the entire treatment process.
CarePath provides you with all the information about your procedure or treatment through an efficient, user-friendly and interactive timeline. You'll receive reminders about important pre- and post-procedure tasks, fill out forms and questionnaires, and read post-operative instructions, just to name a few features.
The aim of the application is to allow you to fully concentrate on your treatment. You can get all important information and materials conveniently via the app.
