- Easy-to-follow exercise videos with clinician-led voice instruction
- Daily progress tracking to give your care team insight into your recovery
- At-home support from a dedicated remote care navigator to assist with your exercises and answer your questions along the way (ask your therapist if you’re eligible for at-home support from a dedicated coach)
- Integration to sync your step tracking data to the Burd Physical Therapy app
