Sybarite Prime App is intended for the use of employee of the company. This app will provide all the necessary requirements of the employee from on boarding to exit. All the data required must be entered without leaving any field. Willful left over fields and false data submission will cause loss of employment at verification process. Credentials should not be shared with any other person. Receipt of credentials indicates user has agreed with rules and regulations of the company and governing policies which will change from time to time.
User will be monitored as soon as login into app with his provided credentials. App Monitors user location with GPS and current location of the user on Map. At log out from App total distance travelled by the user along with cumulated distance will be shown.
User needs to enter visited locations and data will be stored. User can make orders in the app and can know the status approval of order at Manager, Finance and Dispatcher sections. Approved Order will be given User with all delivery details. User needs to check details of delivered product at delivery location and close the order.
User needs attention to check his GPS location on and Login, log out time as these will affect on salary, TA, CA bills as these are auto calculated from app data. Manual preparation of these Bills are not Done. User will be notified with Holidays and Leaves in the App. User can apply for leave on the App and needs approval from Manager. Unapproved leaves will be under loss of pay. All the leaves utilization are under company leave policy.
User can access the ID card generated in App, Monthly Salary slips, Notifications even at logout from the App. User has to respond to notifications sent promptly failing to this leads to disciplinary actions. User has to respond to Appraisals forms sent to him and fill them accordingly. These are forms make crucial role in fixing salary grade of the user.
Accessing the features in the app is restricted based on employee grade and division.
Admin user has all the rights to monitor data from all the users and can change access of the features for any user without notification.
