• Caller ID Overlay: Uses SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW to display Caller ID information over other apps during incoming calls.
• Foreground Service: Uses FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL to use the service to monitor incoming and outgoing calls for the call state.
