Call Pulse is a business call-tracking and CRM app for telecalling teams. It helps sales and support callers log their work calls, manage leads, and follow up — while giving managers a clear view of call activity and team productivity.
Call Pulse is provided by your organization. You sign in with an account your admin creates for you, and your call activity is recorded into your company's CRM.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Automatic call logging — every business call (number, direction, duration, time) is recorded to your CRM, so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Lead & CRM management — create and update leads, add notes, set call dispositions, and track every follow-up.
• Follow-up reminders — never miss a callback.
• WhatsApp quick-templates — message a lead using approved templates in one tap.
• Attach call recordings — if your phone's dialer already saves recordings, Call Pulse can attach the matching recording to a call. It never records calls itself.
• Productivity insights — optional app-usage reporting shows your organization per-app foreground time during work hours.
FOR MANAGERS & ADMINS
Get dashboards and reports on calls, leads, and team activity from the Call Pulse web app — total calls, attended vs missed, talk time, conversions, and per-telecaller breakdowns.
