CARE Concierge services include:
1. Provide an assessment of the current conditions of the patient and to give recommendation of the type of care is required.
2. Find and match the requirement of each patient with the right type of caregiver / nurse for the case. Tap into a large database of caregivers and nurses that have been assessed and registered into our system.
3. Assist the client in managing their chosen caregiver / nurse through our CARE Concierge App platform.
4. Services by the caregivers include ADLs, activities of daily living, feeding, bathing, changing adult diapers, and accompaniment to the hospital / clinic for check-ups.

This APP has been specially designed to assist with:
1. A monitoring device for patients and their caregivers to enter vital health data into the CARE System.
2. Accessing the CARE PLAN
