- View the map pages through the app to see the routes of three historic journeys on every map. Follow the ships, horses, sleds and planes as they move across the map, and learn the story of each explorer's travels.
- Weather conditions let you visualise the intense conditions that the explorers had to endure, from storms at sea to freezing snow, baking deserts and more.
- Tap the explorers' vehicles and animals to enlarge them and examine them from any angle.
How it works:
Once you press the play button on the app’s opening screen, simply look at the map pages of your Atlas of Great Journeys book through the app, and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you don’t already have the book, tap the play button on the app's opening screen and wait for 20 seconds to get a link to a retail page outside the app where the book can be purchased.
This free app is available to anyone with compatible Android devices running Android 7.0 and above and supporting Google's ARCore v1.7 or higher.
