How to get started in CencoPay? Learn everything you can do with your digital wallet!
• It is for everyone, create your account simply and securely without any prerequisites.
• It is like a traditional wallet, where you can store your cards on your cell phone and load money to your "CencoPay Balance". Forget physical cards and cash!
• How does the CencoPay Balance work? It's easy, simply transfer money from a checking, view or savings account to your digital wallet to pay for your purchases.
*Consider that you can use the balance in person, and very soon, in our online stores.
• Shopping is much simpler and more convenient! Pay for your purchases at Jumbo, Santa Isabel, or SPID from your cell phone with the app's QR code reader.
• For every purchase you make, you will be accumulating more Cencosud Points!

How to connect a Jumbo or Santa Isabel account to CencoPay?
To start, you must have the app installed and logged in. Then, you can connect your accounts in three different ways:

-On computer:
When you log in to Jumbo.cl or SantaIsabel.cl, a QR code will appear on the main screen. Scan it directly from CencoPay to connect your accounts.

- App or mobile version:
Log in to your Jumbo or Santa Isabel account, once you are logged in, a screen will appear with instructions; Select "Go to connect accounts" and your CencoPay will automatically open to accept the connection.

Manual:
- You can find the connection again in the menu of your Jumbo or Santa Isabel account, by pressing: “My Account” > “Connect Accounts”.

Jumbo: In person and online

SPID: In person and very soon online

Follow these instructions for your purchases:

-If you are in person, after passing all your products, tell the person at the checkout that you are going to pay with CencoPay. Scan the QR with your application, select the available CencoPay balance or the card you want to use, and confirm the transaction to complete the payment.

- For online purchases, first connect your accounts from the Jumbo or Santa Isabel apps or websites. Once the process is complete, you will be able to view “CencoPay” within the platforms, choose the card you want to pay with and confirm your purchase to finish.

At the moment, you can only pay for your online purchases with the cards you have added to your CencoPay.

How do I configure my CencoPay?
After downloading CencoPay you must follow the step by step within the app:

- Enter your personal information.
- Validate your identity.
- Create a security PIN
- Activate biometric access for faster login
- Finally, add cards or load balance to pay with your CencoPay in our stores

Are the cards that I entered in other Cencosud applications (such as Jumbo or Santa Isabel) in CencoPay?
Yes, you can have all your cards in one place. To do this, you must create an account in CencoPay with the same email that you use in the Cencosud applications (such as Jumbo or Santa Isabel). Once the process is finished, we will tell you that your cards are already in CencoPay, press the “Got it” button and that's it!

Your cybersecurity is the most important thing:
