Phlebotomy Management empowers the clinician to plan for and collect specimens by utilizing a multi-patient worklist. The multi-patient worklist displays a subset of relevant clinical information pertaining to specimen collection for the patients and locations selected.
With Phlebotomy Management caregivers can:
• Select multiple locations to build a work list
• View lists of patients
• Filter worklist based on locations, specimen type, and collect by type.
• View and collect specimens for patients using positive patient identification and positive accession identification via imbedded bar code scanner.
