Smart work management app used by both employers and employees

1. Inviting Store Employees
- The owner sends an invitation to employees, and employees join as store staff via the invitation link.

2. Entering Employee Availability Dates
- When employees enter dates they are unable to work, they are automatically reflected in the work schedule creation.

3. Automatic Work Schedule Scheduling by Owner
- When an employee enters a schedule, it is automatically linked to the owner's schedule creation.

4. Final Schedule Modification and Confirmation
- The owner has editing authority to modify, add, delete, and confirm the final schedule.

5. Shift/Substitute Request and Approval
- Employees can request and accept shifts/substitutes from each other; once a request is successful, a request for final approval is sent to the owner.

6. Integrated Notice Board
- Work-related notices can be viewed within the app, and the owner manages the process of sending and checking notices in an integrated manner.
- The owner can create and edit notices, while employees can view notices and check their read status.
