EDCalcu is a technical tool developed to perform the critical calculations required for the assembly, repair, and tuning of internal combustion engines. It is a functional solution for both car and motorcycle engines, designed to meet the needs of street, standard, or competition vehicles.

The application allows you to accurately calculate the fundamental parameters for a tuned or restored engine configuration using direct mechanical engineering formulas.

Main Functions:

Displacement Calculation: Obtain unit and total displacement by entering cylinder bore, piston stroke, and the number of cylinders. Compatible with both metric (cc) and imperial (in³) units.

Compression Ratio (CR): Precise calculation of the real compression ratio by entering key variables: chamber volume, gasket volume, piston dish or dome, and deck clearance.

Piston CCing: Function to identify and classify the piston type (Flat Top, Dome, or Dish) based on the difference between theoretical volume and the actual measurement performed in the workshop.

Unit Converter: Integrated tool to quickly convert length, volume, and diameter values between metric and imperial systems.
