It is an accredited Russian IT company (No. 18183 dated March 5, 2022), and a leader in the Russian media research, advertising, and media monitoring market. For 30 years, we have been creating products that help all participants in the media advertising market make strategic decisions and conclude data-driven deals. Mediascope measures the audience of all media in Russia—TV, Internet, radio, and print—and conducts industrial research into consumer preferences. Using the Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService API):
We use the Accessibility Service to collect data about visited web resources (domains) on the internet and search queries. All data is encrypted during transmission and used anonymously and strictly anonymized, and is not shared with third parties. The app never uses the Accessibility Service to perform any active actions on behalf of the user. Enabling this service improves the quality of our research of online resources.

Using a Virtual Private Network (VpnService):
Since Appmeter is an app for studying mobile app and website audiences, the virtual private network (VpnService) is used as the primary means of monitoring mobile app usage by research panelists. Appmeter uses VpnService as a local tunnel and does not send VPN traffic to the server. Metadata collected using VpnService is processed and analyzed directly on the research participant's device. Aggregated and anonymized app usage monitoring data does not contain any personal or confidential user data and is transmitted to the company's servers only in encrypted form.
