Cloudstaff Rewards takes Employee performance and work culture to the next level.
It’s an ideal solution to enable managers to reinforce desired behaviors, motivate employees, and ultimately improve the performance of the entire organization.
Managers create Events and assign points to them. An event could be Training Course, Company presentation or achieve a Certification.
When attending a company event the employee uses the the Cloudstaff Rewards app to scan the event bar-code and receive points. The app also allows the employee to monitor their points and see what events are coming up where they could participate and earn more points.
