App Description

Strong Foundation is a fresh new take on health and fitness.

Strong Foundation is a fresh new take on health and fitness.

We plan on building a unique and robust experience with a simplistic modern design. We want to pick apart every aspect of one's health (fitness, emotional. mental, diet, etc.) and serve it up small plate style. Saying goodbye to having a dozen apps that are highly specific. Instead SF focuses on the core fundamentals in building a better, healthier you, and offers them all in one solution.

One of SF's core values is user privacy. Any data you choose to share with Strong Foundation stays local to your device, and is never shared* with a 3rd party, but is instead only used to build a better in-app experience. Let us know your dietary restrictions, and we'll produce a unique diet plan just for you. Set a weight goal, and we'll use your diet plan and weight goal to help keep you on track. Be the captain of your health journey and use Strong Foundation as your compass to navigate the waters.

*SF users may choose to connect 3rd party services (i.e. Samsung Health, Fitbit, GoogleFit), in-which SF polls these services for user health data to build a better user profile, and data entered through SF may also be written back to such connected services to keep all parties in-sync. However data collected via SF is never sold or shared.

**SF users may also connect to music service (ie Spotify) to play music alongside their workout. While a user's Spotify information is never shared, if a user happens to share a workout with an attached playlist, the connected playlist may be made public so it can properly be shared with other SF users.
