CoffeeCraft is a calm, offline brew log for people who make their own coffee at home. Every cup lives on its own card with the bean you picked from your library, the method (espresso, pour over, French press, AeroPress, Moka or cold brew), grind size, water temperature, coffee weight, water weight, extraction time and a live 1:X ratio that updates while you dial the sliders. Add a star rating, tap the flavor notes you tasted — chocolate, fruit, nutty, floral, citrus, spice, caramel, earthy — and a short note if you want. The Journal tab lists every brew with time, ratio and flavor chips; filter by method, tap a card to see the full detail, long-press to delete. Beans is a small library you build once — name, roast (light, medium, medium-dark, dark), origin and notes — and reuse across brews; add, edit or remove any bean. Stats keeps four big cards (total brews, streak of consecutive brewing days, average rating, top bean) plus a bar chart of brews per method and your five most recent cups. Everything is stored on the device — no accounts, no ads, no tracking — and the app remembers your active tab and journal filter across launches.
