App Description
Bright Wear OS screen light with 16 colors, steady glow, and auto rotation.
Need a quick screen light from your wrist without reaching for your phone? Color Glow turns your Wear OS display into a bright full-screen color light. Pick from 16 colors, keep one steady, or rotate through the palette automatically every three seconds.
Use Color Glow when you want a simple watch-screen flashlight, a temporary ambient color, or an easy visual color cue. The app is built specifically for Wear OS and runs directly on the watch.
Features
• 16 selectable colors, including red, green, blue, yellow, purple, orange, cyan, pink, teal, lime, and more
• Steady glow mode that keeps your chosen color on screen
• Automatic color rotation through the full palette every three seconds
• Maximum app-controlled screen brightness while glow mode is active
• Keeps the display awake only while glow mode is open
• Tap the glow to show or hide controls
• Long-press or swipe back to stop the glow
• Rotary crown or bezel scrolling for supported Wear OS devices
• Remembers your last selected color locally
• Watch-friendly controls designed for round and square displays
• Standalone Wear OS experience with no phone companion required
Simple workflow
Open Color Glow on your watch.
Choose one of 16 colors.
Preview the color.
Select Keep this color on for a steady light, or Rotate colors for automatic cycling.
Tap to reveal controls, then hold or swipe back when you are finished.
Privacy and permissions
Color Glow has no ads, no account requirement, no analytics or advertising SDK, no network access, and no runtime permissions. Your selected color and onboarding state are stored locally on the watch.
Important
Color Glow uses your watch display as the light source. It does not control a hardware LED flashlight. Actual brightness varies by watch display and device settings. Glow mode intentionally keeps the screen bright and awake while active, so longer sessions can use more battery.
