Access Herriman

Report local issues, track requests, and stay connected with your city.

Whether it's a pothole, graffiti, or a request for information, residents can submit in minutes. Photo-first, location-confirmed, and routed directly to your team for resolution.

Before submitting, residents can check the map to see what's already been reported nearby and follow an existing issue instead of creating a duplicate, reducing noise for staff and keeping requests moving faster.

Once submitted, residents stay in the loop with two-way messaging, status tracking, and notifications without ever leaving the app.

What residents can do:
• Submit requests fast, photo-first
• See nearby reports on the map before submitting
• Follow issues and avoid duplicates
• Reply to staff updates from the app
• Track all requests in one place
• Submit anonymously when available
• Sign in with email, phone or Google
