Active Global Home Care application is designed to help the mobile care team with their tasks when they are assigned to new clients.
The application allows the care team to view the upcoming appointment details and contact their client beforehand. The care team can use the application to navigate to the client’s home and check-in once they reach the location.
During each appointment visit, the care team can review the daily activities, care plan and update medication and wound care conditions. The application provides reporting tools and progress notes for the care team to update and keep track.
