It originally started with a simple goal: to help my child "record game notations" during matches. 💡 The Story Behind the App
To help children immerse themselves in the world of Xiangqi, the developer designed a virtual board that simulates a two-player game on a tablet. Kids can even enter the names of their regular opponents, making it feel like their very "own chess room."

To improve their skills, the AI opponent features an engine that can adjust its thinking depth based on the child's level. To motivate learning, there are 10 challenge levels. Clearing a level earns a medal, and achieving a winning streak unlocks the next one. Even if they can't pass a level right away, continuous effort is rewarded with a "Perseverance" medal.

Parents can also access "Parent Mode" to adjust the AI difficulty as their child progresses, supporting their growth every step of the way.

To strengthen understanding and strategic thinking, "Game Review & Variations" and "Custom Position" features were added. These allow kids to explore and restore different scenarios to truly develop their "chess sense."
