As a congregation of Christian Fraternity, our vision is to reach more souls for Christ, using the Groups or Growth Cells as the main tool and making each member a potential leader qualified to serve, through discipleship, to reproduce the work of God.
There is a process that we follow to delve into what the Vision is, which we call the Ladder of Success, defined by the following steps: Win, Consolidate, Disciple and Send.
Our goal as disciples is to stop being simple believers and become Workers who do what Christ taught us.
