Yasso800 is a popular training for Marathon performance estimation.
Yasso800 is a popular training routine for marathon runners. A training session is composed of 800 meter of jog / sprint for 10 times. The total distance accomplished in this workout is 16,000 meters (9.94 miles).
Start your training by navigating to the GoalActivity. Provide a session name and a target marathon performance in hours, minutes. A sprint goal will be calculated. [Example: Race goal 03:30:00 -> sprint goal 00:03:30]
Navigate to RunActivity and begin with an easy jog for 800 meters. [No time constraint] When instructed to sprint, try to run the 800 meters under your sprint goal. [Example: 00:03:30]
Repeat the cycle of jog -> sprint for 10 times or button PAUSE (||) if you must stop.
Button CLEAR (X) if you wish to restart.
Navigate to ResultActivity and review your training session.
Navigate to PersistActivity and email or save to Google Drive.
