Explore Cthulhu-inspired city ruins to search for cursed artifacts, sealed relics, and torn diary pages. As time passes, supernatural creatures emerge and your SAN steadily drains, forcing you to decide when to push forward and when to retreat before madness takes over.
Locate hidden extraction points and return safely to your safe house with the resources you’ve secured. Each expedition features random maps, loot, and skills, with unpredictable enemies lurking in the shadows. Death comes at a cost — items in your backpack are lost on death, while anything stored in your secure container remains safe.
