Find out your ideal nutrition management type through Pulmuone's differentiated Nutrition Diagnosis LOGIC,
and receive nutrition management tips, content recommendations, and more tailored to your type!

(1) Set a goal and let's work together!
Set and manage your calorie, weight, and step count goals for a set period of time.
Once you set your goals, you'll receive daily notifications with personalized exercise and health content tailored to your type!

(2) Customize your widget!
Stop the same old carbohydrate management routine!
Edit your widget to place your most important items on the main page and focus on them.

(3) Keep a diary!
Consistency is key to managing your nutrition. Use the Design Mill Diary to keep track of your nutrition, exercise, and body measurements.

Record what you eat, from breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks to healthy foods.

Check your daily exercise records based on your steps and activity level.
With your permission, we can track your steps using your device's activity sensor or Health Connect data. We also provide activity information such as travel time, distance, and calories burned. The collected step count data is used solely for activity management and health management functions within the CARE service and will not be shared with third parties.

③ Body
Record and manage your current health status, including weight (BMI), blood pressure, and blood sugar.

From customized exercise programs tailored to your needs, developed by Design Mill, designed to help you stay healthy at home, to a variety of nutrition and health management content, you can gather all the CARE information you need in one place!
