Enriched meeting experience with additional multimedia content

The DICENTIS Participant application expands the capability of the DICENTIS Conference System while providing maximum flexibility to its users. The app improves the meeting experience for the participants by offering additional control, meeting data, and multimedia content.

It enables the participants to request to speak, cast votes, and access meeting information, such as the agenda topics and document links, from a standard tablet that is connected to a discussion device in the meeting room. The app provides the participants with a second alternative to use critical features, such as request to speak and cast votes. The control of these features can be done through both the discussion devices and the app. 

Important note: To be able to use the application, you need to connect your device to a DICENTIS Conference System with valid licenses for the participant application usage.
