The My Patients - Femyo application is a telemedicine service specially built for and together with Romanian doctors, in order to help you organize your consultations offered online and to save time.

HIPAA SECURITY
Unlike a normal chat, the My Patients - Femyo application complies with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards for medical data protection.

AUTOMATIC THIRD
To help you respond more quickly to your patients, please complete a questionnaire about the problem they have (symptoms, severity, duration) before starting the consultation. Thus, you have from the first moment some of the information necessary to make a recommendation.
Moreover, we automatically redirect to 112 patients with severe symptoms, which can be life-threatening if not acted upon urgently.

CHAT
The main way to communicate with your patients will be to chat the application. It automatically sorts patients by the severity of symptoms and notifies you when you have new requests for consultation.
All consultations start in text mode (both the doctor and the patient can send pictures or other files) but you can open an audio or video channel if you deem it necessary. Only the doctor can open an audio or video consultation, so that there are no unscheduled calls.

ARTICLES
We collaborate with the main doctors' organizations to bring you the latest news directly in the application. Thus, you no longer have to follow dozens of groups and sites to get information.
