prescriptions and referrals
Under Prescriptions and Referrals you can create a list of your prescriptions and referrals by clicking on the plus in the lower right corner. Once you have added the prescriptions or referrals to the list, you can order it from there using the "order" button. As soon as the order is completed, you can see the status of the processing under "My requests". You can delete old prescriptions and referrals that are no longer needed from the list by swiping it to the right and then clicking on "delete".

Events
You have the option of requesting office hours and regular appointments through the app. For regular appointments, first select your general practitioner. To request an appointment, you will be asked for a brief description of your request so that the practice can respond to you individually and arrange a suitable appointment. You will be called by the practice to clarify questions and to arrange a fixed appointment. Once the request has been sent, you can view the status of your request under "My Requests".

news
As soon as you have received a message from the practice, it will appear as a push notification on your mobile phone. You can recognize a new message by the red dot on the message button in the upper right corner of the home screen. There you will find all the news and notifications of the practice.

security
For registration, a mobile phone number is used for authentication and a password is required when opening the app. These and other methods, such as encrypting data, are used to keep the app and your data secure.
