Each campaign consists of nine cases with four different difficulty levels and the new adaptive AI system provides hours of gameplay with great replay value.
NEW SKILLS SYSTEM
The all new skills system enables players to earn skills point and spend those towards upgrading skills that best fits their gameplay. Upgraded skills are persistent through all game modes.
SIDE QUESTS
While playing the campaign mode, players can decide to alter their strategy to complete one or many of the 41 included side quests. Completing side quest entitle players to hefty rewards!
WORLD TOURNAMENTS
Each week, the game will unveil a new world map to conquer with cases for Death and Life to be completed. Accumulate a winning streak, use your skills carefully and contest the title of best Doctor of Medicine. In exchange for you hard work, you will be compensated with rewards and pride.
