Health Data & Integration :This app helps you monitor key health metrics by securely integrating with Health Connect.
Data Source: All health vitals (such as Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation, and Blood Glucose) are fetched directly from Health Connect. This app does not measure these vitals independently using the phone's sensors; it requires health data to be already present in your Health Connect account from other compatible apps or devices you use.
Vitals Tracking: With your explicit permission, your vitals—including Heart Rate Variability, Body Temperature, Sleep Data, Height, and Weight—are displayed in the "Wearable Devices" section.
Health Analysis: Each vital is categorized as Normal, High, or Low based on your age to help you and your doctor stay informed.
