Whether you’re seeking preventive services, ongoing treatment, or general wellness
care, the DUG Health app puts trusted medical support right at your fingertips. See all of
your health information including connecting to Apple Health kit in one place.
TELEHEALTH VIDEO AND VOICE CONSULTATIONS
Connect face-to-face with licensed healthcare providers through secure, encrypted video
consultations. Providers can call patients directly through the platform, and patients can
initiate consultations at any time. Video sessions require a device with a front-facing
camera and microphone, which are only accessed during active, user-initiated
consultation sessions.
HEALTH RECORD AND VITALS TRACKING
Monitor and track your health over time including blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI,
weight, SpO2, heart rate, body temperature, and respiratory rate. View historical trends
and share data with your care team.
APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT
Schedule, manage, and attend appointments with your care providers. The app supports
automatic check-in when you arrive at a registered clinic or healthcare facility using
your device's location — this feature is opt-in and can be disabled at any time in settings.
HEALTH DATA INTEGRATIONS
DUG Health can display health and fitness data from connected third-party platforms
including Google Fit, Fitbit, and Withings. These integrations work exclusively through
secure cloud-to-cloud connections via each platform's official API — the app does not
connect directly to, scan for, or pair with any external hardware device, health monitor,
or fitness tracker. Connecting a third-party health platform is entirely optional and
requires your explicit authorisation through each platform's own sign-in process.
BLUETOOTH
Bluetooth permissions are used solely to route audio through a paired Bluetooth headset
during telehealth voice and video consultations. The app does not use Bluetooth to
connect to health monitors, fitness trackers, or any other peripheral device.
PAYMENTS
Appointment and service payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant
payment provider. Users are redirected to a secure, provider-hosted payment page to
complete transactions. No payment card data, bank account information, or financial
credentials are collected, processed, or stored within the app.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
All data is encrypted in transit and stored encrypted on your device using AES-256
encryption. Biometric authentication is supported for secure app access. No payment
information is stored within the app.
