As a Duke Energy employee, login with your Duke Energy credentials to easily view things like your HSA balance, your current medical deductible, high level pay information, your WellPower Rewards points, your retirement savings balance, and much more.

Your information is at your fingertips with personalized tiles and a customizable home screen. The app will display your balances and provide links to external websites for additional detail on your accounts.

MyPay – view high-level details from your most recent paycheck

Time-Off Balances – View your balances for vacation, vacation carryover, holidays, company holidays and sick time.

Health and Insurance – View your health insurance coverage details and WellPower Rewards from UnitedHealthcare, CVS Caremark, Cigna, VSP and Vitality.

Retirement – View retirement savings balance and HSA balance from Fidelity and Alight.

Need Help – Access help resources for the Enterprise Help Desk, myHR Service Center or Facilities.

Employment Verification – Initiate an employment verification letter for situations when you need to provide proof of income and/or employment status. You choose what the verification letter should include and provide the email address, and the app will generate a letter from Duke Energy for your verification.

Digital ID – View a mobile version of your Duke Energy badge.

Internal Tools – Link to MyWorkSpot, Company News, and Expense Reporting from the app home screen.
