The NIBCA Parade of Homes showcases new homes for 2 weekends in September. The dates for the 2025 Parade of Homes are September 13th & 14th, and the following weekend September 19th through 21st. This year, we are also showcasing new homes from the Sandpoint area as a third weekend, running September 27th & 28th. The event allows those in our community a unique opportunity to tour new homes in all price ranges, search for professional builders, and gives the ability to discuss your ideas with experts that can help you build your dream home.
· Browse home and business listings for photos, videos and contact information.
· View the homes and businesses on an interactive map and get directions to the homes and local businesses.
· Get details on members involved in each phase of the home buying process.
· Follow and participate in the Parade with the Calendar of Events.

The North Idaho Building Contractors Association, Inc. is dedicated to protecting and promoting the building industry for the benefit of community members.
