"Ebsar" is designed to help blind and visually impaired individuals recognize Libyan banknote denominations easily and independently. Using only your phone's camera, the app detects the currency and announces the value out loud.
No internet required – the app works instantly anywhere. As soon as you open it, the camera activates automatically. No buttons to press. Just place the banknote in front of the camera, and the app will recognize and announce the denomination immediately.
