App Description
Details chemical hazards at Washington businesses for first responders.
Developed by Washington State Department of Ecology’s Hazardous Waste and Toxics Reduction program (HWTR), this password-protected app provides first responders with valuable information about hazardous chemicals in thousands of Washington state facilities.
The app displays data from facilities that filed a Tier Two Emergency & Hazardous Chemical Report with the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC). These reports are required under the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
The app will show first responders:
· Facility data by Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) or Tribal Lands.
· Facility details and chemical-specific information.
