ElarisHealth empowers you to access and better understand your personal health records — all in one secure app, directly connected to your healthcare provider’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. You’ll see lab results, prescriptions, visit summaries, and other medical documents exactly as they appear in your provider’s system.

Personalized Health Goals:
The Health Goals feature lets you create customized wellness objectives — such as fitness goals, or mental-wellbeing goals — directly within the app. Our AI assistant provides supportive guidance, simple explanations, and actionable suggestions to help you work toward these goals. All AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only. Always consult your doctor, clinician, or qualified healthcare professional before following any guidance related to your health goals.

In addition, an AI assistant helps you make sense of complex medical terminology by offering plain-language explanations. This assistant uses OpenAI's large language model to simplify and clarify healthcare documentation, making it easier to stay informed about your own health.

All health records displayed in this app are retrieved via secure APIs from your healthcare provider’s EHR system.

Only licensed healthcare professionals can submit or manage your data.

You must have an active patient account and provider authorization to access any information.

We do not generate medical records or test results. The app only displays information directly provided by your clinical care team.
