App Description
Rewarding education: Academy, points, rewards. And your shifts.
Ellixy rewards what you learn and what you put into your work. It’s a store’s team app — training, points and rewards, and shifts, all on your mobile.
ACADEMY — LEARN FOR FREE, ON YOUR OWN TIME
• Courses tailored to your store’s work, at no cost to you.
• Take the quiz at the end of each course and see how you did instantly.
• Get certified when you complete it — it goes on your profile.
• Your skills and certifications are yours and follow you, even if you change stores.
POINTS — YOUR WORK COUNTS
• Earn points from the courses you complete and the shifts you cover.
• See how many you have, how you earned them, and what you’re missing for the next level.
• Level up as they accumulate — your membership card shows it.
REWARDS — AND WHAT YOU DO WITH THEM
• Redeem your points for rewards set by your store.
• Enter team raffles and challenges.
SHIFTS AND HOURS
• See the week’s shifts.
• See your store’s open shifts — and the points they give.
FOR THE MANAGER
• Work requests, shifts, leave.
• Approve or reject with one tap, from your mobile — not from a computer.
START WITH THE ACADEMY, EVEN IF YOU’RE NOT WORKING YET
Create an account and start taking classes from day one — without being hired. When you find a job, you declare where you work and the manager approves it. Registration is not a hiring; the employment relationship is approved by a human.
YOUR DATA
Log in with email and password, always via HTTPS. You can delete your account from within the app (Settings → Account). The record of hours worked is kept anonymous, because it is the employer's obligation — the privacy policy explains it in detail.
