Employee Challenge

Fitness and team challenges for companies. Live leaderboard, HR report.

Employee Challenge is the platform for companies that want to measurably boost team spirit, health, and employee engagement—without any effort on the part of HR or an IT project.

For employees:

Get moving, participate, win.

Take part in fitness, charity, or custom team challenges created by your company. Track your progress in real time, see how your team is performing on the live leaderboard, and manually enter activities or sync them automatically via your wearable device.

What you can track in the app:

Steps, runs, and workouts

Calories burned and active minutes

Heart rate and sleep duration (optional, depending on the challenge)

What makes Employee Challenge special:

→ Live leaderboard—Individual and team rankings that keep motivation high for weeks.

→ Automatic HR reporting—After each challenge, HR receives a PDF report with participation rates, overall performance, and top contributors.

→ Fitness, Charity & Custom — Your company can convert steps into donation equivalents or define its own rules entirely.

→ GDPR-compliant & EU-hosted — All data remains in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1). Works council compliant by design.

→ No IT effort — Setup in under 10 minutes, no implementation project.

Who is it for?:
Employee Challenge is suitable for HR teams, company sports groups, remote teams, and companies of all sizes that want to connect employees across departments.
