Dear Dragon Knights,
Since the launch of Dragon POW!, we've had many unforgettable moments together; we'd like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for all the love and support you've shown towards our game. Unfortunately, a difficult decision was made recently: we as the Operations Team have to take Dragon POW! offline as of 06:00 (UTC+0) on March 2, 2026. The relevant timeline, as well as other important information, can be found below. Please take notes and prepare in advance.
[Schedule for Termination of Operations]
1. 06:00 (UTC+0) on January 16, 2026: Players will not be able to make any more in-app purchases.
2. 06:00 (UTC+0) on January 16, 2026: New player registration function will be closed.
3. 06:00 (UTC+0) on February 27, 2026: Game will be taken down from the relevant app stores.
4. 06:00 (UTC+0) on March 2, 2026: Official termination of operations. The server will be taken offline and players will no longer be able to log in to the game. After shutting down the game servers, all your in-game data and information will be deleted.

For purchases made before 06:00 (UTC+0) on January 16, 2026, players can apply for refunds via App Store/Google Play (the refund rules of the App Store/Google Play shall prevail in the case of any issues).If you encounter any problems in the process of applying for a refund, you can contact us through the customer service email (dp_support@viztagames.com) .Customer service online hours will continue until 16:00 (UTC+0) on March 30, 2026.
[Game Transfer Option]
Alternatively, you may choose to continue playing in our supported transfer game - Figure Fantasy. We will convert your unused Genesis Gems in Dragon POW! into equivalent value and transfer them to your new game account at a 1:1.1 ratio.
Transfer Criteria: Paid resources purchased but unused (multiple characters under one account will be merged)
Transfer Application Period: January 16, 2026 06:00 (UTC+0) – March 2, 2026 06:00 (UTC+0). Resource snapshot will be taken at January 16, 2026 06:00 (UTC+0). Applications after the deadline will be considered abandoned.
Transfer Application Path: dp_support@viztagames.com
Transfer Resource Calculation: Calculate the value of unused paid game resources in the player's game account (SID), convert to corresponding value paid resources in Figure Fantasy online server according to the following ratio (final conversion quantity will be rounded up if decimals exist):
• Genesis Gems: Converted at 1:1.1 ratio to in-game coupons in Figure Fantasy online server
After registering in Figure Fantasy online server, contact customer service and provide your Dragon POW! account SID (login email, etc.) along with your Figure Fantasy server region and online server ID. Customer service will verify and distribute the transfer benefits via email.
