QuickCheck Damage is an application that works as a digital instrument to carry out a short-term inspection of buildings damaged by the action of socio-natural events such as earthquakes, floods, explosions, landslides or settlement of the ground or other event and make short-term decisions. deadline on access to the building. The filling of the instrument must be carried out by people who have been trained and obtained the Damage Assessment Inspector Certificate. The inspection should preferably be carried out the first week after the occurrence of the event. The use of the instrument is limited to the inspection of buildings, it is not designed for other constructions such as bridges, industrial facilities, tunnels, dams, etc.
It has seven sections where the procedure to identify the most unfavorable risk among the resulting risk assignments between sections two, three, four and five. The methodology described in López et al. (2023) specifies the necessary criteria to determine if the building corresponds to: 1) Access allowed (green label), b) Access restricted (yellow label), c) Access not permitted (red label).
