As a Essence Integrative Care patient, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Includes an integration with Innotech, Fitbit and other connected health devices. Communicate with Essence Integrative Care in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
