Designed to complement your Exchequer solution, Exchequer Mobile provides a range of services to help you be more efficient. Modular by design, you can switch on just the functionality you need and put information where it matters – in the hands of your sales, operation and management teams.

With a simple consistent interface across multiple devices, Exchequer Mobile allows you to login and see your business data, whenever and wherever you need it.

Data wise, we allow you access to account details, ledger details (invoices, payments, orders) as well as allowing drill-down to actual source documents (PDF format).

Find yourself on site with a customer and have an account query; no problem simply bring up their account information and view/e-mail a statement or copy invoice; right from your device. With support for full wild-card searching throughout, you will be able to locate and solve your query in a matter of seconds.

Distributing management information is both time-consuming and costly; until now that is. The Exchequer Mobile reporting module provides the ability to tailor a set of management reports, per user, to be accessed at any time, on any supported device. Simply login to the “My Reports” area and see your own personal list of reports. The list will contain Sentimail, manual and statically generated reports and documents; all up to date. Reports are downloaded on request and typically consist of sales reports and Excel management packs for example, but can also include other documents such as HR or procedure guides if required.
