With the Piedmont Health app, you can:

• Integrate with Apple HealthKit to retrieve daily exercise logs, sleep patterns and health data

To use the Piedmont Health App, you will need an invitation or login from your provider. Please contact our office directly for assistance with login or require support for the app.

Piedmont Health app is a healthcare services and patient management app designed exclusively for patients of Piedmont Health app.

Health Connect access is read-only, opt-in, and used only to display health information within the app. The app does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and does not sell or use health data for advertising purposes.

Users can revoke Health Connect access at any time through their device settings. Access to the app requires authorization from Piedmont Health app.
