According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, 40 percent of diagnosed breast cancers are detected by women who feel a lump, so it’s important to develop a routine.
The Feel For Your Life app will allow you to set goals for doing self breast exams, explain how to do a self breast exam, allow you to document your self breast exams and enable you to set reminders for doing self breast exams.
