FLOWTIFY helps to implement mandatory hygiene documentation completely and traceably on tablets and smartphones in accordance with EU regulation 852/2004.

Unskilled employees: with the help of photos, videos and PDFs, they can independently carry out other tasks for them. In the event of deviations from specifications, automatic notifications can be sent to third parties. The information flow is shortened from often several days or weeks to a few seconds!

You decide whether you need individual and / or collective signatures as proof of work. Or is it even better to use a photo as proof of a successfully completed task?

All checklists are archived in the cloud and are available at any time regardless of location!

Since May 2016, FLOWTIFY has been recognized nationwide in the area of ​​documentation of HACCP by the "Federal Working Group on Consumer Protection" of the consumer protection ministries.

FLOWTIFY is a mobile application in connection with a web dashboard with monthly costs. The license fee depends on the number of business locations and the tablets / smartphones used. Please contact us for your individual cost offer!

Registration is required to use FLOWTIFY. With the registration you will automatically receive a 30-day trial period. We will then ask if you want to continue using FLOWTIFY. You do not have to explicitly cancel the trial period. It goes out automatically if you do not choose FLOWTIFY.

We offer individually accompanied pilot phases for companies with works councils, data protection officers and IT departments. We also have suitable information material for the various committees so that nothing stands in the way of introducing FLOWTIFY in your company.
