Flowtify Beta

This is the beta version of flowtify

flowtify helps to implement compulsory hygiene self-documentation seamlessly and traceable, in line with EU Regulation 852/2004 on tablets and smartphones.

flowtify is suitable for owner-managed individual catering as well as for branch businesses. Whether franchise chain, supermarket, bakery chain, hotel catering, GV-enterprises or classical single catering: flowtify has for each the suitable solution!

Use flowtify for your individual:

- HACCP self-inspections
- Documentation or instructions of in-house processes
- Maintenance of devices and machines
- Automated temperature recording via datalogger

Access our more than 400 task templates or create quickly and easily your already established, own checklists. Using templates, you can easily make a list of any number of branches available!

Thanks to our intuitive user interface, employees can be introduced to flowtify in just a few minutes. There are no expensive and expensive training required, because employees can also instruct each other!

Unskilled employees can use photos, videos, and PDFs to perform their own foreign activities. In case of deviations from specifications automatic notifications can be sent to third parties. The flow of information thus shortens from often several days or weeks to a few seconds!

You decide whether you require individual and / or collective signatures as evidence of employment. Or is it better to have a photo as proof of a successfully completed task?

All checklists are archived in the cloud and are therefore always available at any location!

Since May 2016, flowtify has been recognized nationwide in the area of ​​documentation of HACCP by the "Consumer Protection Consortium" working group of consumer protection ministries.

Flowtify is a mobile application combined with a monthly web dashboard. The license fee depends on the number of production sites and the tablets / smartphones used. Please contact us for your individual cost offer!

To use flowtify you need to register. With the registration you automatically receive a 30-day trial period. Afterwards we will ask if you want to continue using flowtify. You do not have to explicitly cancel the trial period. It will automatically expire if you do not opt ​​for flowtify.

For companies with works councils, data protection officers and IT departments, we offer individually supervised pilot phases. Furthermore, we have suitable information material for the various committees, so that nothing stands in the way of an introduction of flowtify in your company.
