MyTrac™ is a global tracking and incident response platform.

MyTrac™ is a global tracking and incident response platform that provides real-time tracking of GPS enabled mobile devices. Standard features include a one-touch check-in function and assist button that transmits an alert within the platform. Alerts are monitored 24/7 by FocusPoint International in the Crisis Response Center. All alerts are acknowledged and responded to by the Crisis Response Center via voice and/or SMS messaging. Standard messaging rates may apply.

The MyTrac™ platform itself is hardware independent and can be used with any device that has an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number. The MyTrac™ app uses cellular data networks to track devices on the platform. MyTrac™ runs in the background on installed devices and may decrease the battery life. Customizable settings allow the user to enable and disable the tracking of personal devices; as well as control the frequency in which the device pings the platform to manage battery usage.

The MyTrac™ app is free to download. To use the app, the user must be a direct CAP™ customer and/or must purchase a crisis assistance plan from one of FocusPoint International’s distributors / channel partners.
