App Description

Access your district heating and cooling data conveniently and comprehensively.

The Heat Online customer portal is now available for district heating and cooling customers with improved functionality also on mobile devices.

Heat Online helps you
- Budget your energy consumption and monitor the realisation on a monthly basis.
- Follow your metered consumption with hourly data
- Easily obtain an annually updated emission calculation
- Analyze the energy consumption of your property in relation to similar properties and evaluate the need for energy efficiency improvements
- See your consumption both in energy units and euros and view your history from the past four years.

In the application, you can easily find your customer details and energy consumption information:
- The homepage provides an overview of the available information and metered hour-based consumption.
- In the reporting section, you can see the forecast for the next 15 months and monitor the realised consumption both in units and euros. Additionally, you can review the realised consumption either as it is or weather-corrected and compare these to similar properties. This information can be viewed for a single consumption site or multiple sites as a whole.
- Under consumption sites, you can access information about your properties and the products and services attached to them. E.g. power contracts and guarantees of origin certificates.
- Invoices can be easily found in one place.
- In the settings, you can update your contact information and communication preferences. In addition, property managers can manage their own view by adding or removing viewing rights to their client companies' data. Business users, in turn, can see the holders of access rights and can remove rights as needed.
- You can easily contact customer service via form submission or by phone.
