App Description

Smart shopping list that remembers your prices and knows when you're running low

FTC Shopping List is a free, no-nonsense shopping list app that gets smarter the more you use it. No account required, no ads, no subscription. Everything stays on your device.

The basics

Add items to your list, organise them into categories, and work through the aisles faster. Tick something off and record what you paid, the app
remembers it for next time and pre-fills it automatically. Your estimated total updates in real time as you build your list.

Buy Again

Ticked-off items appear as chips below your active list. Tap to instantly re-add with last known price pre-filled. Long-press to pin as a favourite, your weekly staples are always one tap away.

Smart suggestions

The app analyses your purchase history and works out how often you buy each item. When something is likely running low it appears in the Suggestions screen grouped into overdue, due this week, and due next week. One tap adds it back to your list.

Share your list

Send your active list to anyone via WhatsApp, Messages, or email. They can import it directly into their own copy of the app with duplicate detection
built in.

Purchase history

Every purchase is saved permanently. Filter by time period, or tap any item to see its full price history — average, minimum, maximum, and every purchase ever recorded.
Your data, your device

Everything is stored locally. Nothing is uploaded, no account required. Back up your history to a file anytime and restore it whenever you need to.

Free, always

No ads, no premium tier, no paywalls. There's an optional tip in the About screen if the app saves you some money — but it's completely optional.

What this app is not

It's Not a budget tracker, stock manager, or meal planner. It's designed to answer one question in the aisle: what do I need, and roughly what should it cost?
