About Us:

Chefs Raj and Sam - both born and raised in Sri Lanka, and trained in Paris and Switzerland - bring a decidedly international flavour to Clarkson's menu with culinary influences from Italy, France and Greece. Their native curry is never far from hand in the kitchen. Whether it's pastas, seafood, chicken, veal or lamb, the mains here are consistent winners.
